Using Smarty Uninstaller > Smarty Groups

Groups allow you to organize applications list into logical groupings. This will make your work more flexible and organized.

Adding Groups

 

Command: View > Groups > Create new group

 

This command allows you to add your own software groups like existing ones - "Installed Software", "Windows Updates", "System Components",

  1. Within the 'Create new group...' window, select the name of the group that you want to add.
  2. To create a group, click the Create button
  3. Repeat steps 1-2 for each additional group you wish to create.

 

Move applications to the newly created group

 

 

Removing Groups

Command: View > Groups > Remove group

  1. Within the "Remove group..." window, from the list of choices, select the group you want to remove
  2. Click Remove.
  3. Click the Close button to return to the main window.

 

Default Group

 

Command: View > Groups > Move to Group > Default

 

With help of this command you can move application from the your own group to the default group ("Installed Software")

 

Tips

 

You can select more than one application when you add or remove the group

 

Removing the group automatically move all items from this group to the default group.
